At Lightness of Being all of the massage and bodywork sessions are aligned and focused on your health and well-being. Massage can profoundly impact your health and well-being for the better. I am passionate about this work and love working with my clients to help them relax, to ease their aches and pains or to help them with a specific issue such as neck and shoulder pain.
I graduated from the Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, MA and studied numerous techniques while there including swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular and myofascial massage. I have also studied elder massage through the DayBreak Institute for Geriatric Massage and earned their certificate of completion for the level one training; a basic full-body wellness massage geared specifically for seniors.

I work at The Victoria Building in Marlborough, MA in the Eden Place Center for Massage offices. The offices are conveniently located on Main Street right at the Main and Route 20 split near the library. Elder massage services are offered at seniors residences as well.
